We’re excited to announce that Holtzclaw Townhomes Phase I, comprising of 14 units, is officially going vertical! Construction is moving along smoothly, and we’re already laying the groundwork for the next stages. Exciting changes are underway at Fountain Ave, where demolition has officially begun. This marks the first step in transforming the space into a vibrant, functional area for future residents. As the site is being cleared, our design team is hard at work refining interior concepts to create a development that not only meets but exceeds expectations.

With the final phase of this modern community nearing completion, Trimble & Wharf Cottages is set to deliver 10 additional cottages alongside the 6 townhomes already built on-site. Designed for both style and functionality, these townhomes feature three-bedroom layouts, underground storm shelters, top-floor terraces, and two-car garages.
