Development Updates: The Current Standing of Our Projects

It’s already been an exciting year for Chattanooga and MiKeN Development. With the growth of the local economy comes the opportunity for community growth but only if we account for those in the Missing Middle. MiKeN Development was founded on the belief that thriving communities can exist for everyone which is why we’ve been out in those communities hearing from residents, businesses, and leaders. With this new information, we can present project updates and our excitement for the path forward. 

Fountain Ave

After many long hours of hard work, we’re excited to share that we’re moving forward on Fountain Ave in collaboration with Curbed Construction. Site grading is nearly complete for this project which will feature 14 thoughtfully designed units—down from the original 15—to better suit the site and future homeowners. 

The 1800’s (Holtzclaw Townhomes)

The first phase of The 1800’s is wrapping up, and two townhomes are already on the market. Interested buyers can reach out to our real estate agent, Kathy, at kathyb2051@gmail.com for more details. We look forward to sharing more information on the surrounding neighborhood as there is so much to discover and so many incredible local spots. Trimble & Wharf

We’re excited to announce that the cottage phase is complete and available for sale. These homes bring charm, efficiency, and smart design like you’ve yet to see in Chattanooga.
